She has served in a variety of roles including VP Finance and Administration/CFO, VP Academic Affairs, Dean and Provost. She also has a background in finance in healthcare and manufacturing, having spent more than a decade in industry prior to moving full time to higher education. Dr. Holwick’s expertise in the areas of institutional planning, resource allocation, resource development, program assessment, and accreditation, allow her to see an organization in its totality while also understanding the various elements that comprise the whole. She excels in understanding her audience and tailoring conversations to best communicate and meet the needs of the community.
Dr. Cory Viehl is a counselor, educator, supervisor, and consultant with over 17 years of experience in professional supervision, organizational development, and leadership training. Grounded in servant leadership, he emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and sustainable impact. His analytical and deliberative approach integrates data-informed decision making, driving transformative growth for individuals, relationships, and organizations.
Holding a doctorate in Counselor Education, Dr. Viehl’s expertise lies in developing leaders, refining systems, and enhancing professional identity through constructivist methodologies. His leadership style seamlessly blends counselor, consultant, and teacher roles, fostering resilience, innovation, and strategic decision-making.
Dr. Viehl’s counseling and supervision philosophies and interventions are deeply constructivist, influenced by narrative, existential, and Adlerian counseling theories. His eclectic approach adapts to each client and supervisee’s needs, guiding growth through dynamic case conceptualization and treatment planning.
